At Bloom, we believe midlife is a powerful time to build lasting strength. Co-founded by a strength and nutrition coach and an orthopelvic physical therapist, bloom offers virtual strength training programs designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause.

Our mission is to help women feel strong, capable, and supported no matter their starting point. Through expert-led, accessible workouts and a welcoming online community, we take the guesswork and intimidation out of strength training. You’ll find a safe space to move confidently, build resilience, and reconnect with your body on your own terms.

We’re Morgan and Lisa—an orthopelvic physical therapist and a strength and nutrition coach—on a mission to make strength training more approachable, empowering, and supportive for middle-aged women navigating major life transitions. Together, we offer evidence-backed programs designed to build full-body strength, support pelvic floor health, and improve metabolic wellness. More than just workouts, we’re creating a trusted resource and community where women feel seen, supported, and strong.

  • Bloom Strength is designed specifically for women navigating peri + post-menopause, who want to build a solid foundation in strength training in a safe, approachable way. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or returning after a break, this program is for you.

  • Not at all. Bloom is designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need to be “fit” or have previous experience with strength training, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Yes! The workouts are designed to be flexible. You can do them at home with minimal equipment, or in a gym! We provide options for both.

    • 12-week progressive strength program

    • 3 workouts per week

    • Movement demos and follow-along videos

    • In-app messaging with your coaches

    • Access to a private online community for support and accountability

    • Modifications for different fitness levels and equipment availability

  • At minimum, you’ll need a pair of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a sturdy chair or bench. We’ll give you suggestions for substitutions and provide modifications to match what you have access to.

  • Each workout takes about 45-60 minutes and is structured for maximum efficiency. You’ll train three days a week, with guidance on how to structure your rest and recovery.

  • This isn’t just another workout program, it’s a strength training system built specifically for women in peri + post-menopause, rooted in science and real-life experience.

    Bloom is grounded in evidence-based training that focuses on what actually works for your changing body. Heavy lifting, sprint training, and plyometrics all play a role here because they’re proven to support bone density, muscle mass, metabolism, and overall vitality during menopause.

    Our approach is safe, progressive, and empowering—designed to help you train smart, feel strong, and move through this chapter with confidence.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to Week 1. You can begin on your own schedule and move at your own pace. The app allows you to move workouts around to fit your own schedule, and even pause if you’re traveling or sick.

  • Yes! You’ll be invited to join our private online forum where you can connect with other women, ask questions, share wins, and stay motivated. You’re never doing this alone.

  • We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before beginning any new program. That said, our movements are designed to be low-impact and modifiable. You’ll also have access to our coaching team, who can help you make safe adjustments as needed.

  • The Bloom Strength Training program is $90/month.

    That monthly membership gives you full access to:

    • Progressive strength training workouts (home or gym options)

    • Follow-along videos + exercise modifications

    • Direct messaging access to your coaches

    • A private, supportive online community

    • Nutrition resources, pelvic floor seminars, mobility work + more

  • There’s no long-term commitment and you can cancel anytime. Please note that we do not offer refunds for the current month once payment has been processed as all workouts are viewable in the app.
